Privacy policy
Airslot lets people schedule videos to their own social media accounts. People sign up with an invite code, a username, and a password. It is run by its operator, who you can reach at [email protected].
What Airslot stores
- Your username, and your password in hashed form. Airslot doesn't ask for your email address.
- The videos, cover images, captions, titles, and publish times you enter.
- The names and IDs of the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and YouTube channels you connect.
- Access tokens from Meta and Google, encrypted on the server.
- Publishing status and error messages for each post.
Airslot sets one cookie, which keeps you logged in. It uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit repeated login attempts.
How the data is used
The data is used only to publish your videos at the times you choose, to show their status, and to cancel them when you ask. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
Who can see your data
Other people using Airslot can't see your videos, posts, or accounts. An admin can see your username, how many accounts and posts you have, and how much storage you use. The operator runs the server, so they can technically reach what is stored on it, and they only do so to keep the service running.
Google and YouTube data
Airslot uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the connected channel, schedule them, read their status, and delete a video when its post is canceled. By connecting a channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies.
Airslot's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data goes only to YouTube, to carry out the actions above.
You can remove Airslot's access at any time on the Google account permissions page.
Meta data
Airslot uses Meta's APIs to publish videos to the Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect and to read their status. You can remove its access under Business integrations in your Facebook settings.
Who else handles the data
Videos, cover images, and captions are sent to the platforms you schedule them for. An uploaded cover for Instagram is served from a private, hard-to-guess link that closes once Instagram no longer needs it. Cloudflare carries the traffic to the server. Nothing else is shared.
How long data is kept
Finished posts and their videos are removed from the server 7 days after their publish time, or sooner if you remove them from the schedule. A video you uploaded but never scheduled is removed after about a day. Tokens stay until you disconnect the account. Your username and password stay until your Airslot account is deleted. Removing a record doesn't remove a post that already went live, which stays on the platform until you delete it there.
Deleting your data
To remove a connected account, disconnect it on the Accounts page. To remove a video, remove its post from the schedule. To delete your whole Airslot account and everything in it, email [email protected] from your own address and include your username.
